We knew when we moved to Maryland that they receive more snow that we did in Virginia Beach. We didn't even own a snow shovel until Dec. 2009. Little did we know just how much snow the state of Maryland is capable of receiving...This is on Feb. 5 -- the day the storm blew in.

Well it sure is pretty 'in picture' you can keep all that white stuff!!
When we moved here, all our neighbors told us NOT to get a snowblower. It doesn't snow very much, you won't need it. We are really wishing we hadn't listened to them. Enjoy the snow, it will be hot and humid soon and we'll all be wishing it would cool off.
I can handle snow much easier than the darn humidity!
