On Tuesday, our front door was found wide open and Jasper & Diego were sunning themselves on the front porch. They stayed on the porch due to the fact that there was snow everywhere else (luckily). So they were herded inside and I was mumbling something about kids not closing doors all the way, etc., when not five minutes later, the door was open AGAIN and the same two cats were on the porch. There were no kids home!?!
We have lever handles on our doors. We knew it was only a matter of time until one of the cats decided that they could open the doors. I figured it was Jasper so I ran and got my camera. Much to my surprise, Diego showed his new talent and the mystery is now solved. Sorry about the video ... I was hiding around the corner and turned the camera sideways. Lesson learned.
Love the SUN!!

Dang smart cats! Can they undo the deadbolt now, too?
I hope not after reading your murder post :)
can you teach them to break into other people's places now?
Awesome! No fingerprints!
Hey so now we know...Nnnnnneva underestimate, the power of a C.A.T.
Yep, I believe it even without the video. My first cat learned how to ring the doorbell when he wanted in the house. (Back when I had a house cat and took allergy shots and massive amounts of antihistamine to coexist with him)
